Policies & Procedures
Order Process
All orders begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, design preferences, sizing, materials, and timeframe. Once all details are finalized, production will begin after payment requirements have been completed.
Please provide accurate information regarding sizing, colors, design preferences, and any inspiration images to ensure the best possible outcome for your custom piece.
A non-refundable consultation fee is required for custom orders. This fee covers the time spent discussing your design, planning details, and creating a personalized approach for your piece.
Custom and bulk orders must be paid in full before production begins. No exceptions will be made. Production will not start until payment has been received and all design details have been approved.
Because each piece is handmade specifically for the customer, custom orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned once production has started.
Production timelines vary depending on the size, complexity, materials, and customization of each piece.
Small and medium pieces typically require 2–4 business days for production. Large and custom pieces may require 2–5 weeks. Estimated completion times will be provided during the consultation process.
Rush production options may be available depending on the current schedule and project requirements.
Rush orders may reduce production time for eligible pieces. Additional rush fees apply, and availability must be confirmed before placing your order.
Shipping Information
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Citadel Crochet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
